📦 Shipping

What if my order was returned to sender?

Your package was returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

Please contact us to confirm the correct shipping address so we can resend your order. Once confirmed, we will send an invoice to your email to cover the shipping cost. 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Or want to modify my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

My package was marked as delivered, but I can't find it?

We’re so sorry to hear you haven’t received your package. Once an order is handed to USPS, we unfortunately don’t have control over delivery—but there are a few things that may help:

  • Check with others in your household or neighbors
  • Speak with your mail carrier or local post office
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” early and arrive within a few days.

If you’re still unable to locate it, we recommend filing a claim with USPS using your tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During launches or holidays, please allow a little extra time as we work hard to get everything out to you.

How long does shipping take?

For Hawaiʻi orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is dropped off to USPS. U.S. mainland orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days depending on location.

USPS tracking says my package is delayed

Once a package is with USPS, we don’t have control over processing times. For more detailed updates, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. **Customers that select sticker shipping via postage stamp do not receive tracking**

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to Japan and Australia. If you are an international customer with questions, please contact us.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, not at the moment.

🛍️ Returns, Exchanges & Issues

What is your returns/exchange policy?

Unworn, unused products can be returned for a refund/exchange/store credit of the product cost (excludes shipping). Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the package. Contact us to start the return process.

What if my order arrived with missing or incorrect items?

E kala mai! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery date so we can resolve any issues you might have. We appreciate your understanding!

When will you restock items that are sold out?

Unfortunately we cannot guranteed that items will be restocked.

What if I want to cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes and a return must be filed.

I did not receive an order confirmation and tracking

If you haven't seen an order confirmation come through within 24 hours, make sure to check your spam folder.

It is also possible your email inbox is full and unable to receive messages. If you still can't find it, contact us.
