ABSOLUTELY LOVE! So many compliments and hold hair all day!
I was disappointed with my order this time around. Something went wrong with the process of my order and I did not get what I wanted. I inquired about it and they didn’t really do,anything to resolve what happen. They have loyal followers so I would expect them to do a little more customer service when something goes wrong instead of the normal “well this is what you ordered and if you want to return something, it will be additional postage.” I expected better customer service and not the routine email I received. I have several beautiful clips that I love. I did not appreciate that email.

After reviewing your order and our correspondence, our team packed and shipped the items exactly as they were selected at checkout. When you reached out, you let us know that you had intended to order different designs and mentioned that the website was a little difficult to navigate.
While we were unable to make an exception for the final sale misprint items, we did offer to help exchange the non-final-sale clips in accordance with our exchange policy. We understand this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry for that disappointment.
