I was disappointed with my order this time around. Something went wrong with the process of my order and I did not get what I wanted. I inquired about it and they didn’t really do,anything to resolve what happen. They have loyal followers so I would expect them to do a little more customer service when something goes wrong instead of the normal “well this is what you ordered and if you want to return something, it will be additional postage.” I expected better customer service and not the routine email I received. I have several beautiful clips that I love. I did not appreciate that email.
